Suitable for all types of elastic and rigid tapes. Using natural and synthetic yarns. The drying cylinders are of S.S. and heated by electrical heaters. Heaters are easily changable. Cylinders are available from single to four Nos. are kept in horizontal position. The guide rollers are also of S.S. Teflon coating on cylinder and S.S. guide roller as per desire. The drive of the machine is infinitive variable speed by D.C. motor. The speed adjustment between padder and cylinder by mechanical auto variable pulley. Padder is of two rollers on of rubber and other of ebonite or S.S. The rollers are fitted with squeexing mechanism. Take off device consists of a pair of two rollers on of rubber and other of S.S. Complete electric pannel with digital temp. controller for individual cylinder. Suitable M.S. sturdy structure. | |
